Each session will be thoughtfully designed to include:
🧘 Loosening Exercises: Gentle warm-ups to improve flexibility and prepare the body
🧘Asanas (Postures): Systematic practice of yoga poses with focus on physical and
mental benefits
🧘Pranayama: Breathing techniques to enhance lung capacity and calm the nervous
system
🧘Meditation: Guided sessions to promote mental clarity and inner peace
🧘Relaxation: Deep relaxation techniques (like Yoga Nidra or Shavasana) to release
tension and restore energy
🧘Mantra Chanting & Satsang: A one-time spiritual session during the 15-day
program to encourage harmony and deeper connection

Day 9 | Focus on Stress Relief: Gentle Flow + Breathwork, Yoga Nidra |
Day 10 | Detox Day: Twisting Asanas, Kapalbhati, Calming Meditation |
Day 11 | Strength & Endurance: Planks, Warrior Poses, Energizing Breathwork |
